Bet10 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. General Introduction

Bet10 (referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "Bet10") provides an online betting and gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bet10.

2. Account Registration

To use Bet10's services, you need to create a personal account. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited. Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential — do not share them with anyone.

• Providing your correct full name, phone number, and date of birth during registration is mandatory.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and place bets on Bet10. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If anyone registers with a false age and this is later verified, the account will be closed immediately.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use Bet10:

• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Bet10 employees or their immediate family members.
• Anyone who has previously been banned from Bet10 for any reason.
• Individuals under self-exclusion (for the duration of their exclusion period).

4. Deposits & Payments

Bet10 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100, and the maximum varies depending on the payment method.

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team. Only deposits made from a payment method registered in your own name will be accepted.

• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All funds deposited must be from a legitimate source — KYC verification applies as part of our anti-money laundering policy.
• Bet10 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
• After a successful deposit, any applicable bonus will be credited automatically.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw any winnings. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without completed verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Faster processing may be available via Mobile Pay and Nagad. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (different rules may apply for bonus-related withdrawals).

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
• Multiple simultaneous withdrawal requests may not all be processed at the same time.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per person.
• The minimum odds for bets eligible for a bonus are generally 1.5 or higher.
• Bonuses have an expiry date – any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bet10 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.

7. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Bet10 approves it under exceptional circumstances. For live bets placed after a match has started, odds are subject to change — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.

• Cancelled Matches: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Delayed Matches: A delay of more than 24 hours will generally result in the bet being considered void.
• Incorrect Odds: Bet10 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were the result of an obvious error.
• Parlay Bet: If any single event in a parlay is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.0 odds.
• Maximum Win Limit: A maximum winning limit applies to each event.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet10 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or carry out any form of cyberattack.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or managing an account in someone else's name.

Bet10 uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. If any irregularity is confirmed, the relevant authorities may be notified.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Bet10 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without notice, particularly if there is evidence of a terms violation. If an account is closed without any breach of terms, the remaining balance will be refunded.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all pending bets are settled before your account is closed.

• If an account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.
• Voluntarily closed accounts can be reopened upon request at a later time.
• Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the designated period has ended.

10. Responsible Gaming
